retirement edit
It's not our place to say whether Foley's retired or not; that's original research to opine that occasionally working invalidates someone's retirement. The reliable sources say he is—including the one recently added by Conyo14 (talk · contribs), in which Foley himself exclaims I'm (bleeping) [sic] retired for crying out loud.

- @Fourthords: Explain this then [1]. He is retired with the Blackhawks much like Jiggs McDonald is with the New York Islanders yet both still occasionally call NHL games. I would dare to say he is semi-retired, but there is no legitimate source that says that. Do you need me to find one? Conyo14 (talk) 23:55, 23 May 2023 (UTC)
