I'm removing this again as it is clear WP:NOTNEWS and WP:BLP1E and contributes nothing to the understanding of the article's subject.
The latter BLP1E is about articles, but applies equally to material within articles, and let me quote from it
"If reliable sources cover the person only in the context of a single event." This is mentioned in one online local site and is textbook one event.
"If that person otherwise remains, and is likely to remain, a low-profile individual." Clearly true. He's not a public figure.
