Peter Madoff's Demand

The source provided in note 32 for the judge's denial of Peter Madoff's demand doesn't really support that statement. We need two distinct sources here, one for the demand itself (which the source provided does substantiate) and a separate source for the denial. --Christofurio (talk) 15:02, 6 May 2009 (UTC)
