"Based out of Washington"? According to the company's rap sheet on Mobygames,

"Last known address was: Paragon Software Corporation 600 Rugh Street Greensburg, PA 15601 However, it appears as if they no longer exist."

Paragon no longer exists. Microprose purchased Paragon. Six months later, Microprose filed for bankruptcy. Paragon's founder bought back the assets that were Paragon and then founded Take Two Interactive. Wikiant 11:16, 16 July 2007 (UTC)

Removed sources

In my rewriting edit, I removed the citation the refernces the book The CEO's Boss: Tough Love in the Boardroom, as I doubt it's reliability. For example, the book claims that Seremet was a co-founder of Take-Two Interactive, which is not presented in any other sources (we know from many knowingly reliable sources that Ryan Brant is the only founder of the company). Furthermore, it claims that he was that company's CEO; his LinkedIn states COO, but I could so far verify neither. However, he and Lennon seem to have been involved with Take-Two Interactive, though just in minor roles ("executive producer" etc.). As such, I think it is best to keep the citation out. The part it was used for here, which claims that the company developed Marvel-licensed games, is now covered through GameSpot, considered reliable by the Video games WikiProject.

Also, @Wikiant, the overiew page from Morningstar, which you cited, is generated automatically from corporate pages they also generate automatically from data they draw from things like stock exchanges, often in a very bad manor. Just like Bloomberg L.P., although they have Bloomberg Businessweek, which publishes news articles. As such, the data provided there has high chances of being incorrect or flawed at best. Odd, their MobyGames entry states Lennon as the founder. Only Davies himself tried to change it in 2015 but was rejected by the site's administration (I wonder why?). I would like to note that it also states in Lennon's article here on Wikipedia that was a co-founder. Of course, this claim is without source on all three people's pages. Are you aware of existing sources on that matter (you seem pretty confident that Davies is a founder)? Lordtobi (✉) 05:42, 27 February 2018 (UTC)

The MobyGames entry scraped from Wikipedia, so that doesn't help us. I don't have any documentation that can support the claim, but I was an early investor and advisor to them when they first founded the company. (Then again, I've got no documentation for that either.) Maybe the best course of action is to remove both Davies and Lennon, or to list all three if you prefer, or delete the Paragon page entirely as it's almost a stub as it is. Since we have no reliable sources on the matter of founders, having ones on early investors would be very unlikely. I guess leaving Davies is fine, then. If you still think it should be deleted, take it to AfD. I would stay neutral in the discussion. Lordtobi (✉) 14:17, 27 February 2018 (UTC)
