Organizing Information edit

I found this article via the Pioneertown article tonight and cleaned it up some. I added sub-heads, wiki-links, and a bullet-pointed list, and made an attempt to organize the material chronologically. I took off the grammar and tone flag, as i think it is more encyclopedic now (e.g. "died" instead of "passed away," and so forth.) The article needs more references, but i will have to bow out on that -- i was just passing through town... 70.36.137.19 (talk) 06:37, 23 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

I came back again today and checked my work, fixed the cat link, and added some other obvious wiki-links and a See Also list. The article could use
  • (1) a copyright-free photograph that was taken by someone who will donate it to Wikipedia,
  • (2) more news articles or magazine citations -- particularly that Billboard reference that is mentioned but not cited -- after which the page's cite-tag should be removed, and
  • (3) resolution on the red-links -- either by building them out into pages that meet Wikipedia's notability tests, or by unlinking them.
Best of luck to whoever hits this page next! 70.36.137.19 (talk) 17:25, 23 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
I wandered back through, unlinked some red links that seem to be going nowhere, located another newspaper ref, added it (and its information), added an IMDb ref list of films shot there, and removed the article tag asking for more references. We now have five good refs on a solid, short article and i think that is sufficient for the material. 70.36.137.19 (talk) 17:14, 26 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
