Last-standing purpose-built music hall?

This article claims the Palace Theatre is "one of just two purpose-built music halls left standing in the whole of the UK". The Music Hall article though lists Wilton's Music Hall, Hoxton Hall and the Hackney Empire as surviving purpose-built music halls, and that article is almost exclusively focused on London.
