Notability

I added this article after seeing the 99 test alluded to in a message board. I wondered "is that a thing?" and came to wikipedia to find out more about, only there wasn't a page here. I don't know enough about the notability guildlines to know if that's enough to warrant it having a page, but feel like it should be. I did dig a little deeper into google and added the wikileak to the critic who originally proposed it and references to a few news articles about it.jwanders^Talk 14:25, 11 May 2015 (UTC)
