Collusion entry

The context of his release is that the cartel sent gunmen to the apartment complex where the families of military personnel were housed. All access routes were blocked with burning vehicles and gun fire, so nobody could have intervened for their families. The narcos also threatened terrorism in the city by shooting civilians at random. So, the President openly ordered the release of Ovidio, so it was not like a few corrupt officers looked the other way and let him "escape". It was extortion. AMLO is actually a VIP. Viejo Inutil y Pend. Given his vast ignorance, incompetence, and inclination to insult and demean the security forces, there is talk of a coup brewing.
