Observed there appear to be a number of references on Google Scholar, but I haven't had time to drill them, so possibly all be non independent. Thus may be unsuitable for PROD. A google books reference may or may not be suitable for some purposes. The main domain seems to have ceased in 2016, but 2004-2016 is possibly some form of WP:SUSTAIN.
