Organization edit
The Introduction seems overly specific to me. It the latter half should be moved to Description. Additionaly, it seems the content in Description should be moved to Examples Mister Meeseeks (talk) 16:00, 17 April 2015 (UTC)
Asterisk edit
There is an asterisk after the word "osmolarity" in the end of the lead section. Is this an unfinished edit?

Article feedback edit
Great work on this! As noted above by Mister Meeseeks, the lead is not quite in line with the guidelines at WP:LEAD. It should provide a concise summary of concepts that are written and cited in the article body. As it stands, the lead contains concepts that are not present in the body (for example, the overall description and advantages/disadvantages). I recommend creating a "Description" heading that explains these things (with citations). The lead should leverage some of this text along with some from Examples to comprise a summary. --Spike Wilbury (talk) 16:18, 24 April 2015 (UTC)
