Contested deletion edit
This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because this article is about the development of new technology which is free and open source and has a significant impact. The article needs improvement and more text will be added over next few days. The decision about its relevance and whether it should be kept or deleted should be made only after it is completed.
