Contentious topic sanctions can include blocks, topic-bans, or other restrictions.
Editors may report violations of these restrictions to the Arbitration enforcement noticeboard.

Bad link to Le Monde ? edit

The link to the "Le Monde" article about Israel apologises is actually about Israel apologising to Germany, not France (it's even titled so: "Israël présente ses excuses à l'Allemagne").
