Video edit

Note about the music video seems to be unsourced. Link goes to some kind of message board, and is either a dead link or inaccessible. MDuchek (talk) 03:16, 1 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Composition section edit

Does anyone have a scan of the song music chart/tab from the sourced book that I can look at? Y2Kcrazyjoker4 (talkcontributions) 01:47, 2 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Yes. What is your email again so I can send them to you? I wrote an admittedly bare bones outline in Composition but hid it because I'm not sure of the chord sequences. Melicans (talk, contributions) 01:52, 2 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
I just enabled email from other users. You can go to my user page and find the email link on the left navigation panel. Thanks. Y2Kcrazyjoker4 (talkcontributions) 02:40, 2 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
And so done. Let me know if there are any others you need to verify. Melicans (talk, contributions) 02:54, 2 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Show edit

Is the show named after this song? Shouldn't that be mentioned? Noisalt (talk) 00:17, 9 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

I could not find anything concrete suggesting that was the case. I have heard it mentioned in one of the episode commentaries for I think the first season that The Joshua Tree (the album this song is from) was an influence on the show's creation/development, but as I recall it did not mention the song specifically. So without that concrete confirmation it's not really something we can mention. Melicans (talk, contributions) 03:42, 9 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
This factoid is mentioned in One Tree Hill (TV series)#Conception and cited with a reliable source. –Dream out loud (talk) 19:24, 9 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
Shouldn't it be also in the article of the song? Sorry for poking my nose :(. Also, DoL you have message at WP talk:wP U2 ( Miss Bono [zootalk] 19:28, 9 August 2013 (UTC)).Reply

Burial location edit

There are two quotes included in the last paragraph of the Composition and theme section which refer to either Carroll's burial in particular, or burials in general, occurring on One Tree Hill. In fact, though, Carroll was buried at Kai-iwi marae, near Whanganui, which is a long way from Auckland. Does anyone know how to clarify/rectify this? Kiwipete (talk) 09:01, 29 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

If you can provide a reliable source (WP:RS) to his correct burial location, then you can change it yourself or ask on the talk page. :) regards, --Merbabu (talk) 21:50, 29 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
