Did some quick searches to clarify this article; from the scattered articles I can find, it appears that the brand is still in existence outside the UK (which article doesn't state) and that the UK operation was split off from its parent company in the late 90s, and it's only that one which went bankrupt and was taken over.

If I have the time (and inclination) I might research and update the article properly, but in the meantime the existing article is tagged. Ubcule (talk) 22:51, 16 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
