Any relation to Journey to the West? edit

- I think the narrative is inspired by Dante Alighieri's "The Divine Comedy." The narrative structure kind of mirrors the journey depicted in the poem, it consists of three parts "inferno", "purgatorio", and "paradiso". Each part explores different stages of personal growth, introspection, and the human condition. Both narratives begin with a pilgrim having lost his "way", the poem is about Dantes journey into death and our pilgrim enters "darkened waters" and "a Pilgrim I'll be no more". Lots of bits and pieces although I like to believe Odyssey to the West is more about the collective humanity and not as much about a sort of "personal" or individuals growth/journey.
