In November 2023, the allegations of abuse made against Octavian were dropped due to insufficient evidence following a three-year investigation by both the Metropolitan Police Service and Crown Prosecution service. No legal proceedings were taken against Octavian.[13]
An official public statement read: “This decision results from a thorough and impartial review of the collected evidence, which did not support the allegations justifying such proceedings, after a rigorous three-year investigation reflecting the judicial authorities’ commitment to ensuring a fair and transparent process.”[14]
