This article doesn't seem to conform to not only reliable sourcing requirements, but also content description. The vast majority of high quality sources on the subject of nuisance abatement, such as academic journal studies, have negatively concluded its impacts and effect on municipalities, causing an increase in harm to tenants and victims of domestic violence. But that doesn't seem to be represented in the article at all, in fact, it seems to present these police-backed programs as a positive thing. Also, the random locational information makes the article disjointed and difficult to read, along with the content not being relevant to an actual broad understanding of nuisance abatement programs.
