Importance

This particular department / enterprise / company of the Nuffield / Morris Motors group was considered sufficiently important by Nuffield to be nominated in prestige advertising alongside the companies manufacturing the group's various brands of vehicle - if you like, given "equal time".

I created the article for that reason but having virtually no knowledge of production engineering I am unwilling to attempt to write a precis of the business's activities. But I do think its activities are important in the history of mass production of motor vehicles in Britain. But then again I might be wrong mightn't I.
