I've added a small section on causes - not the most modern theory but it's just a start for now. If you have any pointers, let me know; I will continue to look at the literature and hope to add more. I will also add about symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and will try to tackle differentiating it between similar terms like hypochondriasis, medical students' disease and health anxiety.
