CVT appears to have gone out of business now too. Their domain cvtinc.com redirects to another that doesnt seem to have anything to do with keyboards or computer products.

There appears to be another company now offering the Avant Stellar. Sadly, they appear to have raised the price to an unrealistically high amount:
