Please make the units explicit

I made the change to the VHF part as a test to verify that the ATSC carrier is centered in the 6 MHz channel. I haven't found verification of this in FCC Part 73...yet, if it's there... -- Steve -- (talk) 22:04, 12 November 2013 (UTC)
