"William Bosko was not considered a suspect in the case." edit
Why does this line exist in the article? Of course he wasn't "considered a suspect." Neither was General Custer, Ghandi, Peter Pan, or Mother Theresa. Are we going to list everyone on the damn planet who wasn't considered a suspect? Now, if you're wondering why it matters, let me explain it: it's because nearly every single one of these damned "let's defend murderers" articles on Wikipedia includes some kind of douchebaggy attack on the family of the victim. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.117.75.183 (talk) 06:23, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
"Largely Believed"? edit
Before my recent edit, the article said that the N4 were "largely believed to be innocent". I'm not sure what that's supposed to mean, but it sounds like you're trying to say that their innocence is an accepted fact. Now, I personally find the evidence for their innocence to be overwhelming, but it's obviously not a universal POV. If it were, the N4 would not still be in prison! Reworded to reflect this. Updates edit
Three of the convictions of the Norfolk Four were overturned or vacated, and three men were pardoned in 2009, being released from prison. Wilson had already completed his sentence and was out but required to register as a sex offender. In 2017 all four received full pardons by Gov. McAuliffe and were exonerated, clearing their records; they no longer have to register as sexual offenders. In December 2018 the four received a settlement from the City of Norfolk and the State of VA for their wrongful convictions based on false confessions.Parkwells (talk) 21:36, 8 July 2019 (UTC)
