He was born in Canada. Yes, one of his parents was Filipino, but he was not born in the Philippines. You can be an immigrant to a country you have ancestors from. I think he does count as an immigrant to the Philippines.John Pack Lambert (talk) 14:29, 5 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
