Grammar, Importance, Tense edit

This seems like a weird page from the get go.Why does this guy have a page if his only innings ever was a DUCK? Also is he dead? Why does the article refer to his existence in past tense?— Preceding unsigned comment added by 123.201.95.55 (talk)

He passes WP:NCRIC so inclusionists will argue for the article to be kept and there are certainly deletionists who will say he doesn't pass WP:GNG
He batted at 11 and bowled in both innings, so I suspect he was a bowler rather than a batsman (so maybe his bowling analysis should be mentioned first).
No record of him being dead, so perhaps it should say he "is a former cricketer". He still only 36 so he may be playing cricket at some level, but I suspect not near the top level.
P.S. I'm only here because this page keeps being vandalised to make it look like someone else and am not particularly bothered about it being kept or deleted. Whilst it does exist it should accurately represent the subject.Spike 'em (talk) 09:05, 24 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
