Zim, Ren, and other stuff

Guys, I've beaten the game. But there are NO signs of Zim OR Ren in the game. I mean there were a few shots of Irken soldiers and their logo, but no Zim. And Ren NEVER even appears! Are GIR and Jenny in the GBA version as well? The list here indicates that they seem to be, but I can't find anything to support that.
