Clonguish Railway Museum

At the time of this entry Googlemaps has shown the present of a Clonguish Railway Museum. My best understanding is it disinformation and I have reported it to google. It may be the intention is that it relates to Networnforbes Railway Station (though it was the wrong place on the map) but my best understating is the Railway station is in private hands. Therefore if you know different please feel free to research it, cite it reliably and add it. Castleforbes

Upon reading this article and a bit of research I am strongly minded Castleforbes needs to be moved from the History section to its own section. (It already has a redline link to its own article from at least one other page, but I am not convinced its own article is needed .. though a strongly minded to create a redirect). Moving into the Heritage and Culture section should work adequately). It should also help make the distinguishment from the Scottish 'Castle Forbes'. Following the major re-sectioning I think I may tweak a couple of things over the next 48 hours - whong I don't really want to change the history much. The current owner of the land, Lady Georgina, is a noted Equestrian Horse owner with various news stories and is subject to WP:BIO. Anyway I am going for it (WP:BOLD)) ... I moved Castleforbes to its own section, created a Redirect page from Casteforbes to Newtownforbes and added some citations. I'm increasingly minded Castleforbes demesne should be in its own article so it can be expanded and does not over dominate the Newtownforbes settlement; but I've currently not got the bandwidth or priority to do this. Overall I've improved some linking. The section on the airfield is in its own section to assist in a link from elsewhere. I've essentially finished here, but I may come back and tweak, there's actually quite a bit that could be added/tweaked. Djm-leighpark (talk) 08:57, 28 September 2017 (UTC)

Image and population

A bit of an edit conflict thingy there but given that 2011 and 2007 are respectively 8 and 11 years back - I thought the better photo was...better. But not to cause angst I decided not to remove the infobox one. My bad. I should simply have zapped it on quality grounds. Sarah777 (talk) 23:56, 9 November 2019 (UTC)

I eventually realised the 778 is consistent with the 2016 footnotes and changed to that. I also inadvertently moved into the image situtation with the revert (should have stuck to image wars on UK railways). I do note the 2011 image just has the entrance to Castle Forbes etc. with the Pub mural on the 2007 image seems to have gone per 2018 image on google maps.
