Actual California-Oregon border edit

The article says "A surveying error in 1868 placed the actual border half a mile south of the statutory border (the 42nd parallel).[6]" The link behind reference 6 says "A surveyor named Daniel Major marked the 213-mile boundary in 1868-69. Major's line, which has been used ever since, goes almost half a mile north of the 42nd parallel in some places, and half a mile south in others, like New Pine Creek."

It's not clear at this point if the state line as shown on Google Maps should be moved up or down by 2640 feet.
