Disclosure of COI edit
User:Mike Ormsby has significantly contributed to the text of this article and will continue to maintain/add to the article. He is also the author of the book which is the subject of this article. Throughout the process, his edits have been checked on adherence to WP:NPOV and WP:RS and I have found that his conflict of interest does not negatively influence the quality of the article: instead, Mike Ormsby's overview of and access to sources related to the topic helped improve the article.
