The article reads: "They state that minimal pairs are easily obtainable only for the vowel /a/." Don't all the first-person singular and third-person plural past-tense verbs offer minimal pairs for /e/, such as गएँ/गए, खाएँ/खाए, सुतें/सुते ? I believe so for /e/, however for /ʌu/ it is more complex since the final ं is often realized more as a consonant sound rather than just a nasalization. Srsh101 (talk) 00:35, 14 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
