Plato edit

Correction of 11:01, 30 June 2017‎ by editor JESL2 who informs us: "I took out the quotation from Plato Republic II 369c which sounds like a use of the proverb only because Jowett (whose unattributed translation was used) casts Plato's words—literally, 'our need makes this, it seems'—in terms of the English proverb."
