I'm unable to verify property ownership with the attached sources edit
Source #4 (Encyclopedia of Mormonism (New York: Macmillan, 1992) s.v. "Nauvoo House".) is used as a citation for the purchase of this property by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from Lewis Bidamon. This source is also referenced for information regarding the purchase of the property in 1909 by the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Neither of these facts can be supported by the article cited which is brief and can be read in its entirety here: https://contentdm.lib.byu.edu/digital/collection/EoM/id/3985.
From that source it would appear that the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints purchased the property after Bidamon's death and retains ownership today.
