Caps

None of these title words are consistently capitalized when this phrase is used in sources, though Parliament comes closer than the others; so I moved it accordingly. The article already had member of parliament lowercase in places, so it's not obvious what's the best way to get consistent. Dicklyon (talk) 01:28, 9 April 2022 (UTC)

  Party-list proportional representation#List of countries using party-list proportional representation has one possible place to find other national lists. Although it's not included there, I think one list is at 2021 Japanese general election#Members of House of Representatives elected from proportional representation block.
