USS Hoga edit

NHL USS Hoga (YT-146) for CITY OF OAKLAND (USS HOGA) (moved from Oakland, California in 2007) Note here says 2007, but Hoga article states as of Feb 2009 that it has not yet been moved from California. It would go to North Little Rock, is that in Pulaski? I think this just merits being moved/noted at the Talk page of this list article, the ship does not appear to be in Pulaski County yet. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lvklock (talkcontribs) 17:35, 15 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

I just called the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum and was told that indeed the Hoga is still moored at Suisun Bay, California. The woman I spoke to said that they keep coming up with "tow orders" that get rejected. While the ship is now owned by the AIMM, she had no idea when it would actually move to North Little Rock. Since it's kind of in limbo, I'm not sure in which of our lists it should go. I don't think it should go in the main Alameda County list since Suisun Bay is actually in Contra Costa County. I guess I'll just leave it under the "Sites moved to a different location" header on the Alameda County list for now and edit the information in the description column to indicate its current location. --sanfranman59 (talk) 18:32, 2 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
