NOTE 7: Note: Service in the Republic of Vietnam Conflict (2 March 1961 to 28 March 1973 combined with qualifying service in Laos; Dominican Republic; Korea on the DMZ; El Salvador; Grenada; Joint Security Area, Panmunjom, Korea; Panama; Southwest Asia Conflict; and Somalia, equate to a singular award, regardless of whether a Soldier has served one or multiple tours in any or all of these areas. The Republic of Vietnam Conflict Era officially terminated on 10 March 1995.) I didn't group them the Army did. Meyerj (talk) 11:17, 3 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

The info about the CIB (and 3rd award) is off-topic to the article itself as a museum. 1. The exhibit is now in storage. 2. The details as to how people could receive a 3rd (or even hypothetical 4th) award belong in the CIB article. I have pasted much of the info into the CIB article. – S.
