National Housing Authority → National Housing Authority (Philippines) – The Philippines NHA is not the only NHA in the world. There are also: National Housing Authority (Albania) and National Housing Authority (Bangladesh). The plain name must be converted into a disambiguation page. Yeah, this seems like a no-brainer. It's also to best avoid confusion with those looking for the Bangladeshi and Albanian NHA articles. Ganmatthew (talk) 06:28, 13 September 2021 (UTC)
