Ok, this is a problem article in that it has been deleted many, many times, and keeps coming back like a zombie. It *might* actually be notable, we shall see, but I would strongly suggest that if someone wants to delete, to please use AFD so it can be decided by a larger group of editors, and if it is, that will provide a basis to salt.
