The oldest version of that page on Wayback is from Mar 2019, but comparing the wording there to the very first wording used in this article when it was created in May 2005, it is exactly the same as that source. Whereas there have been some changes to the text of this article over time, -meaning it is unlikely that they copied their content from here, since it would more likely contain the altered wording, than the version which existed briefly. Suggesting this article was lifted directly from there.
