New York Times article of January 8, 1892 is headlined "Colored Catholic Congress: A Permanent Colored Catholic Organization Recommended" (can't read the text). Also, the organization hasn't really been in continuous existence since 1889... AnonMoos (talk) 08:02, 16 August 2014 (UTC)
