Remove 2001 census information? edit

I updated the Demographics section with information from the 2011 census, citing the new census website (the source from the 2001 census is a wayback machine page); however, I left the 2001 section intact (except changing population count from 31,005 to 11,005 - likely a typo since the source page did not corroborate this).
