Move to Mutara III Rudahigwa edit

I've spent a while looking at Rwandan kings over the past week or so, and they're rarely described in sources as (in this case) Mutara III of Rwanda. More common is Mutara III Rudahigwa. It made even more significant by the fact the majority of sources, after the first mention, refer to them by their birth names (i.e. Rudahigwa not Mutara).
