Rosie Rooke

From the general feel of the lyrics, I wonder whether the saying goodbye to Rosie Rooke was at her funeral? It's as though maybe the death of a dear elderly friend was the thing that finally got the singer to decide to move on. Any way to confirm this? Many of Davies's lyrics had a darker side to them, this is probably no exception. --Matt Westwood 14:42, 7 November 2020 (UTC)
