Recipe Attribution edit

I'm the owner and author of a food-related website, www.whats4eats.com. I came across this recipe and noticed that the recipe, preparation and variations sections of the Wikipedia page are a direct copy of my original recipe here: http://www.whats4eats.com/poultry/musakhan-recipe. There is no attribution or mention of the original source anywhere on the page. The page should be edited to remove my copyrighted recipe. I have no problem with a link back to the original recipe on my site. Bradcooks (talk) 18:37, 19 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi Bradcooks, I see what you mean about the recipe being nearly word-for-word. It was added by User:Shiro81 in 2011, and is their only edit. I'm going to remove the copied portion, both because it's copyrighted and because I don't see any reason to include a recipe in the article in the first place. In fact recipes are explicitly outside of Wikipedia's scope. Howicus (Did I mess up?) 18:53, 19 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Israelis are not Arabs and have no claim to this dish. They have no historic claim nor is it within their “cuisine”. 72.191.68.81 (talk) 20:26, 6 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
