Citation, 10 no mention of this case edit

The citation listed as number 10, Dave Brennan 2012 http://www.floridatoday.com/article/20120311/NEWS01/303110014/After-grief-police-learn-from-tragedies for the dashcam footage being used in police acadamies does not mention this case.
