Why this page has been moved?

This article and its talk page has been moved by User:Good Olfactory. I don't see any good reason behind doing so. Can anybody mention the reason, else I'll move the page back to the original?

The reason was in the edit summary. See the Manual of Style section on the use of hyphens vs. the use of en dashes: MOS:ENDASH. This is clear a case where en dashes would be appropriate as opposed to hyphens, since it indicates disjunction in the name. Good Ol’factory ^(talk) 20:51, 6 December 2009 (UTC)

Super Communication Highway or Express Highway?

The Mumbai-Nagpur Express Highway and the Mumbai-Nagpur Super Communication Highway are two completely different roads. I think the term "express highway" would indicate a controlled-access highway, but this "express highway" probably has at-grade intersections throughout.

The proposed expressway, "Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg", had a separate article until a decision was made to merge that article into the "Express Highway" article. The establishment of this redirect, however, resulted in info for the proposed super-expressway being wiped out. Right now, land acquisition for the proposed Mumbai-Nagpur Super Expressway is over 60% completed. Maybe the super-expressway's article should be restored once construction starts on it. The Mumbai-Nagpur Super Expressway's official website is still active at this moment. It (the super-expressway) is planned to have eight lanes (2x4), and a total width of 120m, and a central median of 22.5 m, none of these features apply to the express highway. Merge into Mumbai–Nagpur Expressway

There are 3 roads between Mumbai and Nagpur.

1. Oldest and longer highway via Dhule.
2. An older but shorter highway via Aurangabad.
3. A newly built expressway, largely parallel and sometimes overlaps to road 2.

Expressways if newly built are usually built parallelly to existing highway. The existing highway, in parts is usually covered by the articles based on its highway number. See and List of National Highways in India by highway number. There is no need to have this separate article on the highway (road 2). For eg, there is an article on Ahmedabad–Vadodara Expressway but none on older Ahmedabad–Vadodara highway, as it is already covered by highway number articles. So merging.
