Multiplier → Multiplier (disambiguation) – I propose that the primary topic of "multiplier" is the term as used in multiplication, that is, a value by which things are multiplied. Although there are specialized kinds of multipliers, almost all of these have to do with multiplication. I would move this disambiguation page to Multiplier (disambiguation), and redirect the current title to Multiplication, where the topic is already discussed at length. Relisted. - Oppose – That's certainly not the interpretation that came to my mind as primary, but I'm an old computer hardware guy. Of course all the uses have to do with multiplication, but that's not an argument in support of any particular primary topic claim. - We absolutely do ignore partial title matches. If we didn't, then the fact that "diet soft drinks", "sugar-free soft drinks", and "fruit-flavored soft drinks" exist would require "soft drink" to be a disambiguation page. Every single one of these different kinds of multipliers are merely different kinds of multiplication operations. This page would be WP:DABCONCEPT, except that a general article on multipliers would duplicate what is already included in multiplication. bd2412 T 12:42, 13 September 2013 (UTC)
