this article isn't a violation of copyright because is the tranlation in english from the italian wikipedia article.

can't i translate anything from other languages wikipedia?

It appears this is what happened: The site at http://www.bikevillage.it/index.php?pg=51&shn=57 copied the text from the Italian Wikipedia page without citing it (so they are infringing on copyright by not complying with the GFDL).

Since they directly translated it into English, it is a derivative work, and therefore also released under the GFDL (note: translations are copyrighted).

So copying the translation would be allowable if you note that the text is a derivative of the Italian page (in the edit summary is fine), this way you comply with the GFDL.
