Changing Focuses edit

In this section, the sentence "Instead of guides, entertainers, in place of ideals, stimulation.[8]" makes no sense at all. I think it's trying to make a point that is lacking the context required to understand it. The reference for this sentence is from a book I don't have access to. This is the exact sentence I came to see if had been brought up yet - first, it’s a quotation, and should be in marks, not just cited. Second, it is expressing an opinion on the changing focus of moral authority, not actually explaining the change of focus. I don’t think it belongs here at all. In fact, a large part of this article is seriously marred by someone’s agenda rather than just describing what moral authority means/is.
