Overall: Great work expanding the article. Sourced, neutral, and free of plagiarism. A couple of issues. First, is there a reason for the unusual notes section in this article? It seems like they could just as well have been cited as a normal reference rather than note. Second, while this article has been greatly expanded, it is about 200 words short of being expanded by 5 times. I think it would also be clearer and more concise to refer to the game by name in the ALT, rather than by euphemism. CurryTime7-24 (talk) 02:33, 27 February 2023 (UTC)

Got it. Well, referring to the game euphemistically gives greater attention to Link's Awakening than this game. After all, Monster Max is the star of this DYK. ;) As for the expansion being short by ca. 200 words, I don't think it would be tough to pad this article just a little more in order to reach the threshold. It's not a big deal to me personally, but I don't want this DYK nom to be derailed by another editor on a technicality. Sorry, I got this confused with another DYK nom which had been settled. ALT1 is better, but not ideal. It could use a little trimming and rewriting. I am sorry, but this nomination is still going on? What was wrong with the other one again? There is an absolute difference in significance between calling something as good as something else, and calling something the closest in quality to or even better than. "The rooms consist of blocks that can be re-positioned, and are varied in design, featuring objects concealing other objects and surfaces, televisions, platforms that disappear when landed on, clocks, flashing lights, remote-controlled robots, spikes, conveyor belts, and floorings dominated with electricity that can be turned on and off." - This sentence feels a bit messy. Might be good to just list a few examples; for instance, when I look at 'televisions', I have no idea why that's important to mention. You could also just say "The rooms consist of blocks that can be re-positioned and are varied in design, as well as various obstacles." Of course, tweak as necessary, as that's just my assessment of what's being communicated by that sentence.

Reception

1. At first glance, I noticed that there are multiple sources in the review table aren't mentioned in the article. I saw that Nintendo Power was condensed to a single point (which is fine), but unless I'm mistaken, some others aren't mentioned. These include Computer and Video Games, HobbyConsolas, Joypad, and Total!.
