Why oh why does Unicode say that U+02BC is a "spacing clone of Greek smooth breathing mark", and then go and give U+1FBF a compatibility decomposition not to U+02BC but to U+0020, U+0313? --Ptcamn 17:40, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
