Classes edit

How does sharing of classes among Apache processes make mod_ruby not safe for multiple applications? Is there a resource that describes this problem? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sutch (talkcontribs) 23:12, 6 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

I marked this as [citation needed]. 200.127.223.79 (talk) 00:02, 15 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
My guess is that it's because of a ruby program's ability to do runtime changes to any class. Sharing instances of the classes would allow one ruby app to change the behavior of other ruby apps on the same server. Still, I haven't seen enough talk of any real apache-based ruby serving option to know if this is the problem. --Busbeytheelder (talk) 03:38, 4 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Future of the Project edit

As of 2015, see the link to the old homepage, it no longer seems to exist. Not sure if it will come back, possibly at a later time someone check again. Thanks. 2A02:8388:1601:E000:BE5F:F4FF:FECD:7CB2 (talk) 11:56, 10 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
